Three phone interviews total.
The first phone call was with HR to review my CV and portfolio. The second call was to discuss a brief that was set. I was then given a target project. The last telephone interview was with the head of that design department to review the set project.
Unprofessional and really long waiting time with no replies from HR. Terrible organization and lack of communication. But we’re super pushy in creating a project for them in speed time!
