At the end of August a HR-recruiter reached out and we set up time on the phone to discuss the role, company, and experience. It was a great discussion and she shared that she would be moving me forward in the process to meet with the hiring manager. I was really excited! She shared that she would reach out to me by the end of the week, but unfortunately I never heard from her, even after reaching out several times. In October I saw that the role was still open and my application was still being considered (per the contact page created for the application submission). Now, the role is no longer available and it was not communicated. I understand if it wasn’t a good fit, I would just have liked to have known and received a response.
