Had a phone interview with talent management, was supposed to only be 30 minutes but lasted almost an hour because we were getting along so well and she said I would be great for this role. That was until I forgot the name of the new marketing person they had just hired (they acted like she was God and I should have "known" who this random person was) and the interview went immediately sour. The interviewer could not have gotten off the call fast enough after that and has since ignored 4 emails asking for updates. The role is still open 4 months later
