I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guidepoint in May 2017
Interview
I applied online and heard back within a couple of days. The first telephone interview was fine, the lady was helpful and asked basic questions surrounding my CV and a few competency based questions. A few days after that I was invited to a face-to-face interview which I was able to do over Skype. This was with 2 people, the first being quite a harsh and uninterested person who was more interested about what I knew about business. The second was more like the telephone interview, the same types of questions. What was annoying was I didn't actually ever hear back from them, even to tell me I was unsuccessful. Very snobby atmosphere
awesome! very quick and easy, make sure you know about the role and the responsibilities within the role. great opportunity to meet different teams and see how they function, also great opportunity to see the different leaders and the qualities that helped them succeed
One screening call, and one session with three to four interviews with fellow project managers, team leads, and the head of the office, and then a take home assignment, and a call to discuss this assignment.
