I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Guidepoint (London, England)
Interview
Phone screen with HR Manager in London then head of TA in America.
I asked two questions to the Head of TA one being what are Guidepoint values on diversity and what are the number of hiring for the rest of the year in London.
The first questions was brushed over basically saying we don’t care about diversity and the second question she didn’t know the numbers. However, throughout the process I was told that they are hiring/growing rapidly - found that a bit weird.

Question 1
What is the biggest challenge do you think you’ll face in this role.
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and for taking the time to speak with us. To clarify, we care deeply about diversity and inclusion here at Guidepoint, and our workforce reflects our abiding commitment to fair hiring practices. As to hiring volume, our growth is currently too rapid to accurately forecast, and as such it is our policy to only share statistics after the fact.
Best of luck as you continue your job search and thank you again for considering a career at Guidepoint.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Guidepoint (Mumbai) in Nov 2023
Interview
1st round - Interviewer was Recruitment Manager from the states. It wasn't a difficult round at all but there was lack of candidate preperation or guidance either on a document or verbally. They might miss out on some really talented people this way.
