Involved application, phone interview, face-to-face interview, case study and a final round Skype interview. The 1 hour case study involved a mock client and selecting 2 appropriate experts on the topic using the Internet, as well as answering a couple of questions about the case. The Skype interview involved a mock phone call with an "expert" based on the case study as well as more general questions.
