The HR team set up the first round with some of the senior team members at their office. After completing that round, I was told that I would soon have the next two rounds. But then, silence – I haven't heard back from them despite sending emails and messages on LinkedIn. It feels really unprofessional to be left hanging like this during the interview process. If anyone else gets contacted by this company's HR, it might be worth asking them directly if they plan on keeping in touch throughout the process, so you don't end up being ghosted too.
