About 10 minutes in, she realized who I am- "wait, is this *name*? sorry I meant to call someone else, I'll call you back" and hung up. Few days later I had a call with the hiring manager which was fine. I then received an email containing an assignment. About a week after sending the assignment I asked for feedback and was ignored.
