Applied for the job online, got a call asking me for my availability and if I wanted to come down for a group assessment the following week. For personal reasons I couldn't make the assessment so I went into the store when they was having the group assessment and told the manager I couldn't take part and she was really nice about it and asked me to come back in two days for a one on one with two managers. The one on one wasn't too intense - she asked me general customer service questions and how I would react to some scenarios. Got told I'd find out in two days if I got the job which is today.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
