I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
When I applied online I got a call from them about a week after asking me a few questions, I guess it was a phone screen but quite short like about 5mins and then they asked me to attend an interview which was a group assessment for the following week.
In the group assessment We were asked if we knew a few facts about H&M, like where it started and when etc.. then did the typical introduction for ourselves and had to answer a question that we ourselves picked out from a cup that was on the table. Then we did activities like picking out outfits in groups, presenting our ideas what the main requirements of the role was and then we were all given scenarios where everyone had to talk about and give their opinions. At the very end we were all given one to one interviews.
A week after that I got a call saying I was successful and got invited to the induction day.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.
