Took place over 3 hours, including group presentation, role play, interview and email task. Good process, met current team leaders and understood more about the role I had applied for.

Tell us a time when you went out of your way to deliver great customer service
Group interview with around 10 fellow candidates. Everyone was asked questions and we would take it in turn to answer. Questions were fairly straightforward. Most offers were handed out to those who had more availability.

Interview
I had to send my CV, followed by 30min phone interview followed by 1 to 1 interview where I was asked to prepare a presentation why I am a good fit for the company and a group activity. One to one interview was to make sure my values are the same as the company's. There was also a short knowledge quiz about the company.
