Interview
I put in an application and was called a few days later for a brief phone interview. The assistant manager asked me about my experience, why I wanted to work for H&M, what my availability was, etc. and after that was over, she scheduled an in-store meeting with the hiring manager/store manager. That interview was a bit more in depth with asking about sales scenarios and how I would handle certain situations but nothing unexpected. The store manager offered me the job right after the interview, it was very straight forward.

They asked me a few questions when I turned in my application which caught me kind of off guard. Be sure you're ready to communicate with them and look nice-ish; first impressions are everything.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
