Interview
I applied in person, got a phone call 2 weeks later to set up an interview. Went on the interview (which went pretty easy). A couple days later was called in for a 2nd interview with the assistant manager, so I went to that and got hired on the spot!

Why do you want to work here? ( 7 secs to answer) .... was caught off guard because we was talking about something else.. but I did good!

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
