They put you into a room with 15 other people and make you do weird stuff like fold clothes and act like there are people shopping while you are doing these routine tasks to see how you perform under pressure.

Two phone interviews, one in person interview where you do an activity worksheet walking around the sales floor. You're asked a lot of the same questions since I had three different people interview me.
