First round of interviews is done over the phone then a mock interview is placed if you pass the phone interview. Mock interview process that puts job candidates on the sales floor to see how they engage with customers and they're aptitude to sales.

Easy enough. Didn’t ask too many questions just same basics about my background and working hours. Was short. They were slow to reply initially and took a while to actually book it in

Job offer within 2-3 weeks of interview, they will check your right to work and ask for previous retail experience which you need to have to procced to the next stage, online assessment too
