Interview
There were 2 interview processes, both were group interviews and very fun. They require you to do group activities, answer questions as a team about how you would handle certain situations and there is some role play involved. The first interview was held by a recruitment agency and after a few days I was then invited to the second round interview where I was able to meet some of the department managers who would also be training me if I were to get the position. The interviews were very casual, focused mainly on your personality, your professionalism, ability to work in a team and also, if you had any leadership qualities.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
