Als erstes musste ich eine Online Bewerbung abschicken. Anschließend wurde ich zu einem Telefon-Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen und habe dieses auch erfolgreich absolviert. Als Abschluss durfte ich zu einem persönlichen Vorstellungsgespräch, in welchem meine Persönlichkeit und meine Kenntnisse in Form eines Gespräches überprüft wurden.
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
