Interview
There is a phone interview then group interview were were you do activities and they test your communication skills . They want to see how well you work and Interact with others. Then they do a background check. then you wait a week and if they call you interview with the manger at the store you applied at
Engaging and interactive, having opportunity to engage with managers and customers at the same time. Actual sit down interviews were fairly brief/in groups with opportunity to shadow during business hours.

Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
