Il n'y a pas un processus longue au terme d'entretien d'embauche chez H&M. Les recruteurs prennent beaucoup d'attention dans la caractère de candidat s'il intégra dans son équipe. Un recruteur très humain que nous ne sentons pas être jugés par son hiérarchie. J'ai eu mon entretien qui ressemblais plus à un échange qu'un jugement de compétences et de qualités.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at H&M (Singapore)
Interview
1 round with HR via call, followed by a face to face interview with direct manager +1 lvl up. Was informed to visit their store to make some observations before the interview. Direct manager didn’t seem prepared for interview, mostly handled by their higher up. Was informed specifically I would get the outcome within 2 weeks, but never heard back at all after multiple follow ups.
Was including questions from previous work experience, not too difficult. Also short self presentation at the beginning. In the end i was asked to specify what is recommending me for the job
