Interview
It was quite a long interview process for a customer care position, but not difficult and nice atmosphere. Quite corporate, you have to like it.
The job interview was with several persons, HR, team leader etc.

All basic question a job interview can have, qualities/defaults, how do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.. then there a paid training in group, well organised and onsite.
