It was a group interview, where they had different questions and challenges to complete. It was not bad and even fun at times but it was a few hours long.

Interview
The interview was long. It included a general introduction, some group activities as well as a personal 5 minute interview. Overall the atmosphere was nice and the questions tested social abilities and how you perform under stress. There was a component where we were divided into teams and each person was told to perform a merchandising task, for eg. fold all the shorts on the rack, organize clothes based on patterns and styles.
