Interview
Applied for a role and was told that it not longer existing but that they would still like to interview me. First interview was very HR based, second interview was split into two with the first one being personality with HR and the second part being competence with a product developer. Was told I passed this stage and would hear about next steps but it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard back.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Mar 2024
Interview
Short 30 minute phone call with HR answering general questions about background and experiences to determine if fit for the role. Questions were also related to personality traits and how one would act in different work scenarios. The second interview dove deeper into the role and my qualifications. I was asked to analyse images and make estimations on profitable items. This interview challenged my ability to make decisions and find solutions as it related to the company.
Overall interviews went well, but was a very slow process. There was no constructive feedback given after not making it further.

Interview
First Round is a phone interview with no video. Standard questions about role and behavior. However, very unprofessional, interviewer mentioned that they would get back within 2 weeks and never did, and there's no way to reach out to them.
