The hiring process is a good one, you go ahead and have your interview they ask you the basic interview questions such as where else have you worked, how can you describe yourself, etc. then they go ahead and contact you if your hired and then you just fill out some forms very smooth process.

The first year I applied was a one on one with the District Manager. Then years after that have been different, one year was a group interview and the rest have been applying for the job and they call and do a quick phone interview. This is only if you come back year after year. You do have to apply for the position several months before you start the job.
