They interviewed me for case manager and translation so most of the questions were about my Korean skills and interest in immigration law. The interviewer was nice but frankly hard to hear. From what I heard about the position, it was underpaid for the amount of work done.

Question 1
Considering a heavy workload, how do you stay motivated?
My interview lacked a bit of professionalism when I interviewed out of the Pasadena office. The initial phone call was unorganized and awkward with two people on the call. I arrived early to my interview and expected to wait but they had my begin my writing test immediately then brought in someone else after I had begun and gave him instructions as I was trying to complete my test. My actual interview was okay but kind of short and it didn’t feel organized whatsoever.
