Question 1
How long have I been doing hair, what did I like to do best.
The interview process was smooth and engaging. I had to start by showing my portfolio, which included before-and-after photos of my work. The interviewer asked me about my experience with different hair types and techniques, and I appreciated how they focused on both my technical skills and my ability to interact with clients.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hair Cuttery (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2024
Interview
Virtual interviews are the best! Dressed professionally from the waist up. Got a recap on the companies mission, vision, and values. Did a verbal assessment for the interviewer to gain an understanding of my knowledge of the industry and my knowledge of the position. It was a very warming interview as the interviewer was professionally down to earth.
