Informal interview, friendly people with a nice atmosphere then a lab tour. I was interviewed by three people. The job is actually more cementing and engineering based and does not involve chemistry. I was not offered the position and it is still advertised a few months on.

The interview process was fairly simple. I was asked quiet a lot of detailed questions about laboratory equipment, drilling chemicals etc. After that I got the normal HR questions, expected salary, etc.. Felt like they preferred a man for the job
