it was great and easy. the procedure was firstly, apply through post and not online. Well, because it was Nigeria. After they received your application, they send a confirmation of receipt via email telling you of the data and time for an interview. After the interview and if successfully, you get to join the company.

It was an exam divided into English, mechanical, and IQ sections, where each part tested different skills, including language comprehension, engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning, requiring focus, problem-solving ability, and time management under strict conditions.

was good and useful, asked different questions and really tested both my technical and HR knowledge. asked me various question and made me feel comfortable at the same time it was really intense.
1 test and 1 interview, first was ro talk to ANCABE and then got called in to an interview with my manager and mentor.
