A couple weeks after I applied they called me to set up an in-person interview. Two people interviewed me, one person from HR and a senior field engineer. The interview took about an hour and was composed of almost entirely behavioral and situational questions. There were some questions about my background but most involved how I would react in certain circumstances. They also asked me if I was comfortable working approximately 80 hours in a week, and if I had experience doing so.
