The interview was well coordinated and fixed by the scheduler and i was in well before time. All the rounds of interview (3) went well and the discussions were always very interactive and structured but after all the rounds had been completed I get the feedback (unofficial) from the scheduler saying that the interview was done only to understand where I would fit in the organization and since the hiring is going to be very less for the remaining part of the year, they see something only early next year. this is a ridiculous answer as i have spent 4hrs of my valuable time in this interview and this is yielding me no results and no official feedback. This is very unprofessional and probably this is why they are losing out on good candidates on the long run.
