Please do not waste your time in their hiring process if you are trying for SDET position. According to interviewer automation can be done by anyone and he finds quality in someone who can fix developers code be it frontend, backend and also devops infra issues. Poor interview process but expectations are high as if hiring for FAANG companies. No point in stating interview questions cos most candidates cannot fulfil what they are asking for and questions doesn't align to their requirement. Also, pay sdet what you will pay to developers cos that's what your requirement is!.
