A confusing interview process with very slow comms. An 'initial chat to discuss the company' with the CEO was actually a selective interview where he grilled me for 45 minutes while showing very little interest in actually discussing the company. Comms after the interview was very slow to come (weeks), and even after I did get feedback I still had no clue what they were looking for in a candidate.
