They invitated me to the interview by phone, 1st round was with HR manager and Process manager, who is now my boss. They asked details about my resume, checked my English and German level and my technical background as well. 2nd round was about 1 week later. There were 2 German guys from HQ and Process manager as weel. It was very pleasant, nice atmosphere, I feel I was sympathetic and it was mainly about my resume details again, about technical background and deailed description of the position.
