Online application, casual phone interview, assessment centre (activity only) followed by final interview.
Friendly and relaxed recruitment process.
The assessment centre was activity only with group feedback on task by a quick presentation- it was relevant and interesting, no tricks.
Final interview was mainly going through CV with relevant questions.
Quick response after each stage which was nice and also good feedback at all levels.

3-step process:- 1. Case Study with 5 minutes presentation. 2. Acessemnet Center: 5 sets of activities, including situational role play, will take 5 to 6 hours. 3. Final Interview with production manager.

Interview
A 30 minutes discussion with HR was the first process. A subsequent interview follows depending on the outcome of the interview with the HR. The interview with HR was a friendly one.
