This was a One on One interview. The format was pretty typical and straight forward, mostly 'tell me about a time when you' questions. Interviewing was understand because I was 1 hour late the agency gave me the address to the corporate office rather than the Farmington Hills location. Despite the understanding I could feel the atmosphere changing when the interviewer realized I was only familiar JDE and not SAP. They needed someone that could start right away and I would have needed system training.
