Meet and greet dinner. Presentation about yourself and why you are a good fit for the position. Series of interviews with various members of the company related to the Prism program.

Question 1
Evaluate how you would troubleshoot a problem. Why do you want this job. Why are you a good fit. How did you respond to a problem. Have you ever turned something in late or incomplete?
Very straightforward, typical scenario questions about personal experience- tell me about a time where, etc. They like to know how you heard about the role and why you are interested, and ask questions to evaluate your personality, work style, and experience.

Interview
The interview process involved an initial interview with 2 people. The new step involved interviewing with 3 hiring managers, 1 with HR and another one with one of the people who initially interviewed me. However, I got no response from them even after emailing them.
Clearly the company has no respect for interviewees. Absolutely disrespectful to take 5 hours of someone's time interviewing them and not responding to their emails for updates and not even sending rejection email.

One of the hiring managers asked to make a presentation before the interview to present during the interview.

Interview
Applied online in 2019. Received a pre screening call a few weeks later then after that I got an email that I was selected for an in person interview at the Connecticut location. The company covered the expenses. There was a dinner with all the candidates and the interviewers the day before the event. The interview itself was around 2 hrs long (3 sets of interview with at least 2 interviewers/set plus a tour of the facility).
