A nice, friendly interview sets the stage for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where both parties feel at ease. This environment encourages open and honest dialogue, allowing the interviewee to express themselves authentically and without reservation. It fosters a positive connection, making it easier for the interviewer to understand the candidate's true capabilities and personality. Additionally, such an approach can alleviate the natural tension and nerves associated with interviews, leading to a more productive and insightful conversation. This not only benefits the interviewee, who can showcase their strengths more effectively, but also provides the interviewer with a clearer picture of the candidate's suitability for the role.
