I interviewed for a position at Herbalife. The whole interview process from the very beginning lacked clarity on the role, lacked transparency and timely communication from a recruiter and most importantly lacked minimal decency, accountability and respect.
I've been in the corporate world for a long time and this was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever encountered.

Interview
I interviewed for an open position and the process took 5 months. I barely heard any updates between the interviews, as I was ghosted so many times. I then had a final interview and was told I would hear back within a week on decision. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t heard back. It’s been the most unprofessional interview process that I have ever experienced in my career.
The team had no courtesy to give me the update after putting me through 5 rounds of interviews. This should tell you a lot about the company, their values and their culture.
