Tenderers must ensure that each answer to every question in Appendix 1 of this ITT is complete and freestanding. The Employer and its advisers shall not be required to read Tender submissions as a whole or otherwise to take account of any information beyond what the Tenderer has expressly answered to the question concerned. Tenderers should not cross-refer their responses to particular questions to other answers but instead should repeat the information, if relevant, in response to each specific question.
