In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.

There was a phone interview with a recruiter. Then a in person interview with an Area Manager (over 10ish branches), and finally an in person interview with the General Manager (over a market area)

Why are you wanting to leave your current position?
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
informative and very detailed job description. Responsibilities were explained as well. Sales management important to create revenue for company growth. Sales important also helping customers by answer questions. Timely transactions and work speed important dor the role.
