I was invited to interview at their Uxbridge Office.
I was told beforehand my interview answers would be written by 2 interviewers, but this never happened! Instead, I was interviewed by a single person and asked unprepared questions which were never written down. There was clearly no structure and format and this was never communicated by the interviewer.
From the questions asked, it was clear the job specification moderately different from the job's requirements, hence was misleading! I was asked extremely specific advanced questions off the cuff which virtually no-one in my field would ever be able to answer! Also, the interviewer was difficult to understand due to the accent.
I was asked to do a test on a tiny, difficult machine but found it difficult as the interview kept staring at me and interrupting my concentration by asking random questions! He then began criticising the lack of perks and flexibility from his own employer! As the whole process was disorganised without time considerations, I had to leave before finishing the test as I had an appointment.
I never received an update despite being told I would, which was unacceptable. It was one of the worst experiences in my life and will never consider Hertz again nor their services.
