This company you move up the pole. The only time you have to interview for a Branch Manager job is if there are other applicants or it's outside of your area. Most of the time, you get promoted based off of how much your area manager likes you and how willing you are to kiss their rear ends.

What are you going to do differently than your branch manager did?
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
