      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (Bannockburn, IL) in Jun 2019

      Interview

The recruiter contacted me over LinkedIn. The HR round was simple. She set up my technical interview after the HR round. In the technical call, he asked me questions regarding the projects which I have mentioned in my resume. After the technical interview, I was called for an onsite interview at Bannockburn IL. In the onsite interview, they asked me more questions about my projects and told me to draw architectural diagrams about the project. Later, they asked me some basic java questions and some behavioral questions. It was a nice experience.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (Bannockburn, IL) in Apr 2019

      Interview

Hertz Global reached out to me through LinkedIn and setup a initial phone call in which they asked about my experiences and details which is basically a resume overview. In the call itself they scheduled another phone interview which is more of Technical and Behavioral. Later they called me to onsite for a 1 hour interview which is technical oriented. I felt like I did my best and hoping for a positive result. I waited for a week and reached out to them through mail asked for the status of my application. They replied me after a week saying that they were looking for more specific technical experienced candidate and rejected me. At last I felt why am I interviewed if they are looking for an experienced candidate.
