Traditional questions were first and then it progressed into behavioral interview questions. Typical explanation of what the job is about. It isn't a high pressure interview. There is small talk at the beginning and then progresses into the actual interview process.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.
