Interview
I had 2 technical interviews.
The first one is a general JS interview
the 2nd - is building react app.
I passed these interviews and had VP RND, RND director, and VP hr interviews, they all said they really like me and the feeling was that ill get an offer.
They acted VERY unprofessional for HR -tech company when in they didn't even call my referral for recommendations, they said that at the last minute they found someone "more suitable"....

A 30 minute phone call interview, which was described as "get to know you interview". It was actually an intensive questions interview, trying to ask as many questions as possible in a 30 min interview frame.
Ironically, there was no HR function at all, just a mail that ask for availability at the beginning and a generic decline email at the end.
