Store manager called to set up interview day. Then met with store manager to talk about position and how my experience relates. Was introduced to other employees and given a tour of the store.

We chatted in general about myself and my experience, what i was looking for, a some details about what the company as a people are like. took a brief Math skill test and spoke more with questions and responses between us. Brian was very personable, and willing to answer whatever questions I had.

Interview
This was for a new store and the wait time to speak to an interviewer was about two hours. They look over your application and resume and the most important thing that they want to know is if you can work 12 hour days for about two weeks for store set.

Can you work 8am to 8pm for store set? The positions available go first to those that can do this regardless if someone has years of experience or not. Doing the store set does not guarantee that you will get a position.
