They were fairly desperate for help, so the interview went quickly due to my level of skills and knowledge. In retrospect, I should have asked THEM more questions about overall corporate understanding of such things as art materials and supplies, and art conservation and history.

Received a few basic behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time when..." followed by a math test. The math test didn't allow for a calculator but they are very simple percentage conversions.

Interview
I went in and was greeted by the manager. We walked to his office and he had me tell him a bit about myself. He asked me a few hypothetical questions and then told me he had an opening for a framer in the custom framing department. I accepted said position, then I had to take a math quiz. It was mainly over percentages and how to find them, as well as some division and multiplication problems. I was told to take all the time I needed, but I wasn't allowed to use a calculator.
