I spoke with a manager and they and I went outside the store to talk start the interview. They asked about my experiences as well as my interests of working at Hollister. I answered and we continued on with the interview. I would say that the interview was nice and felt like I was being properly considered.

Simple interview with pre-recorded questions, around 8 questions. Little break in between interview. You can only record the answer once, there is a timer and you will then be automatically moved to the next question. Overall it was an alright experience.
Written test and oral test where they tested my accounting skill and tried to decide whether i fit for the job and role that they were looking for. It was a good process and i appreciate the efforts that they took
