Very friendly environment. asked questions like what is the definition of diversity and how is it helpful in the workplace? describe a time when you worked well in a team? and describe a time when you worked well individually?
Advice: Just be yourself. Very laid back interview. Make sure you enunciate when you talk (loud and clearly) because there will be music playing in the background and you want to make sure what you are saying is being heard.
It was very easy. they asked you about your retail experience and asked behavior questions that were very easy to answer. So I thought it was straight forward in my humble opinion
Apply online and invited to group interview with approx. 5 other people. The interview is in a casual environment e.g. in the shopfloor, interviewer was welcoming and easy to get along with
