I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co. in May 2012
Interview
It was a group interview. They have these scheduled all the time. I was with 5 other people who were all interviewing for the same position. We all got hired, and you are not competing with anyone for the same position. So don't treat the other guys as competitors or enemies because they will be your new co-workers. As for the questions themselves they were simple. "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work here?", "Tell me about an incident where you promoted diversity/tolerance/co-operation/etc." that kind of stuff.

Very friendly and professional. Was able to get my questions answered and get a better understanding of what working there is like. Seems to be a good team, everyone was nice.
