The hiring process involves bringing a headshot in with your resume. Which makes no sense because none of us are actors. if we were, we certainly would rather be waitressing instead, since actors have real bills to pay. nine dollars an hour gets you 2 tacos a day, without adding guacamole . My advice would be to act the most superficial version of yourself humanly possible, that gives yourself the best chance of getting in with the company culture. douchey-ness loves company aka hollister
They will ask “what does diversity mean to you?” And it was a group interview at the time, taking turns asking each person and having them answer in front of the other.
Super easy and laid back with an emphasis on diversity. Be yourself and don’t over dress. Keep smiling and don’t forget to bring real world examples. It is a group interview

It was a group interview with group and individual questions and activities. People were chosen at random to answer questions, most people got the same questions. It took about 30-45 minutes and I was offered the position shortly after
